- Droga Consultancy, AI Specialist and Full-Stack Developer (Nov 2025 to present). Builds and runs production systems end to end for a group of companies: the projects below, the production servers (Docker, Traefik, nginx, Cloudflare, CI/CD, backups) and the SEO/GEO for drogaconsulting.com.
- Abronet PLC, System Administrator (Jan 2024 to Sep 2025). Kept the company's financial web platforms at 99.9% uptime, hardened server security and access control, automated maintenance with scripts.
- Transsion Manufacturing, Software Test Engineer (Jan 2023 to Jan 2024). Found 100+ bugs before release and helped raise product quality by 15%.

## Projects

- EIMS e-invoicing platform (Go, in development for Ministry of Revenue accreditation): multi-tenant platform that registers invoices, receipts, credit/debit notes and cancellations with Ethiopia's Ministry of Revenue e-invoicing (EIMS) API. Go SDK with byte-exact SHA512withRSA request signing, REST service on PostgreSQL (chi, pgx) with per-tenant AES-256-GCM encryption, RBAC, TOTP, tamper-evident audit log, Amharic PDF invoices and a React console in English and Amharic. 360+ Go tests, CI with govulncheck.
- DrogaBooking: meeting-room and staff booking platform used by several group companies. FastAPI and PostgreSQL backend (82 API endpoints, 600+ tests, database rules that prevent double booking), Next.js web app, offline-first Flutter Android app, per-company billing.
- [DrogaPulse](https://drogapulse.drogatech.com): social media management SaaS that schedules and publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, with Gemini captions and reports, a Celery/Redis queue and a Capacitor Android app. Live since spring 2026.
- AI assistants on n8n and Gemini, in daily use: a pharmacy chatbot that reads prescription photos, an HR performance assistant with role-based access behind JWT-checked FastAPI middleware, an Odoo ERP assistant, a supplier portal assistant and Amharic voice registration. The AI only runs approved, permission-scoped queries, never its own SQL.
- Market intelligence dashboard and AI chatbot on regulator import data (Python ETL, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL), and a Go API (chi, pgx, goose, JWT) for a group executive dashboard.
- [habesha-names](https://pypi.org/project/habesha-names/): open-source Python library for Ethiopian and Eritrean name matching (Ge'ez to Latin, spelling variants, sound-alike matching), tested on 1,700+ name pairs.
- Wuten: Flutter personal finance app that reads Ethiopian bank and telebirr SMS to track spending, with budgets, equb and an AI assistant.
