I'm an AI Engineer and Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years shipping production systems at the intersection of intelligent automation and scalable software.
I build and run systems end to end: FastAPI and Go backends, React and Next.js web apps, Flutter mobile apps, AI assistants on n8n and Gemini, the Docker servers they run on, and SEO / GEO for AI-era search.
My work is in daily use across a group of companies: DrogaBooking, a room and staff booking platform with 600+ tests and an offline-first Android app; DrogaPulse, a social media SaaS; and AI assistants for pharmacy, HR, ERP and suppliers that only ever run permission-scoped queries. I'm now building EIMS, a Go e-invoicing platform for Ethiopia's Ministry of Revenue, and I maintain habesha-names, an open-source Python library on PyPI.

- ▹Built DrogaBooking end to end, the room and staff booking platform for the group companies: FastAPI + PostgreSQL backend (82 endpoints, 600+ tests), Next.js web app, offline-first Flutter Android app, email/SMS notifications and GitHub Actions deploys.
- ▹Built DrogaPulse, a social media SaaS that schedules and publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, with Gemini captions and reports, a Celery/Redis queue and a Capacitor Android app.
- ▹Building EIMS, a multi-tenant Go e-invoicing platform going through Ministry of Revenue accreditation: a Go SDK with byte-exact SHA512withRSA request signing, a REST service on PostgreSQL with per-tenant AES-256-GCM encryption, RBAC, TOTP and a tamper-evident audit log, Amharic PDF invoices and a bilingual React console. 360+ Go tests, CI with govulncheck.
- ▹Shipped live AI assistants on n8n + Gemini: a pharmacy chatbot that reads prescription photos, an HR performance assistant with role-based data access behind JWT-checked FastAPI middleware, an Odoo ERP assistant, a supplier portal assistant and Amharic voice registration. The AI only runs approved, permission-scoped queries, never its own SQL.
- ▹Built a market intelligence dashboard and AI chatbot on regulator import data (Python ETL, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL), and wrote the Go API (chi, pgx, goose, JWT) for a group executive dashboard.
- ▹Run the production servers (Docker, Traefik, nginx, Cloudflare, CI/CD, backups) and the SEO & GEO for drogaconsulting.com, so the brand surfaces in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).

EIMS E-Invoicing Platform
Multi-tenant platform that registers invoices, receipts, credit and debit notes and cancellations with Ethiopia's Ministry of Revenue e-invoicing (EIMS) API. A Go SDK signs every request byte-exact with SHA512withRSA, the REST service on PostgreSQL keeps each tenant's data under its own AES-256-GCM key behind RBAC, TOTP and a tamper-evident audit log, and businesses get A4 and thermal PDF invoices in Amharic and a React console in English and Amharic.

DrogaBooking: Rooms & Staff Booking
Booking platform for the companies in one group: staff book meeting rooms and colleagues' time, each company gets itemised bills with CSV export, and assistants can book on someone's behalf. PostgreSQL rules make double booking impossible, and the Flutter Android app keeps working offline.

Teams plan, approve and publish posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X from one content calendar, with an Ethiopian calendar view. Gemini writes captions and analytics reports, Celery and Redis run the publishing queue, and an Android app ships from the same code via Capacitor.

Open SourceOpen-source Python library for Ethiopian and Eritrean names in KYC, remittance and HR systems: Ge'ez to Latin transliteration and back, spelling variants, patronymic-aware parsing and sound-alike matching. Zero dependencies, fully typed, ~50K matches per second.
